BIOGRAPHY
Rosie came to Kalumburu after the war. She married Louis Karadada and between them they raised five children. Most of her early years were spent working in the Kalumbaru mission for the nuns. Rosie is a member of a large family of painters, including her husband Louis. They specialise in Wandjinas and the bush animals that accompany them in the dreamscape of rocks and stories.
