About
When Vivian married into her husband's Dahoruraje clan he taught her his family's traditional clan design of odunaige, the jungle vine. Today, Vivian is the foremost painter of this important Omie design and a highly skilled artist. Her work was included in Paperskin, an exhibition of barkcloth art held at the Queensland Art Gallery, Brisbane and the Museum of New Zealand Te Papa Tongarewa, Wellington.
Her work has also been shown in the National Gallery of VIctoria International's exhibition Wisdom of the Mountain: Art of the Omie. She and her husband Prout have five children.
