"This my traditional country at Doojum. Near where the Keep River flows through the gorge there is a freshwater spring on top of a hill bubbling up through the rock. We call this place Doojum. On the right is another freshwater spring called Dumbaral.On the left is Laargen Hill and Wirridlboom Hill. The Keep River flows right through this country." Typical of the artist's work, her images reflect the importance of the movement. For the artist the wind blowing across the spinefex grasses is evidence of the spirit of culture still strong and alive in country.
