Donald says "this is Winpa country. Winpa made all the jila (waterholes) and left them for the poeple when he died." This is very important country for Donald and his people the Yulparija. Winpa is a rainmaking place located in the Great Sandy Desert in W.A. near the Percival Lakes and Well 33 on the Canning Stock Route.
