Ngura Kanpi (this is the country around Kanpi). Ngura ini Minkuri Patil-piti munu Ulaipa (the areas here are called Minkuri, Patil-piti and Ulaipa.) Kalaya tjuta iratitja (in the early days many emu would come through this country). kalaya ninyani munu kapi tjikani munu mai nhalkuni (the emus are drinking the water and eating the food). Ngayyuku tjamuku ngura (this is my grandfather's country.)
