About Kirrikurra 2004
This is Punmu country (near Well 33), west of the Canning Stock Route. 'He got a well this country for cattle. We travelled right up this side and all through the tali (sand dunes). He got running water and a spring. Good country this one. This is my country. We been walk em, no clothes nothing. We proper bush people, no English, we can't count him then.'
