Carol Juli Australian, Gija, b. 1979

Carol Juli is the grandaughter of senior Warmun Artist, Mabel Juli.

Carol is learning to paint her grandmother's stories. She is an exciting emerging artist who has recently begun painting at Warmun Art Centre. My grandfather Bob Nyclas / Yalunga is the one won started Warmun Community (Turkey Creek) up for the kija people to live in.

My grandmother Mabel Juli has a brother Rusty Peters is also an artist here in Warmun.
