Bush tucker is the food from the bush which is being collected. It grows all year and can be fruit, vegetables, seed or insects. Some are collected in winter and some in summer time. Summer time we get bush bean, bush bananas, passion fruit. While in the cooler months bush tomatoes are growing, and bush raisins and bush potatoes are getting collected in July and August.
