Lorna has been working with the Ngaruwanajirri group since the group began in August 1994.
Lorna works with natural ochres and with watercolours. Her work is lively and spontaneous and has a feeling of movement through the use of full and flowing strokes. Sometimes the paint is transparent, sometimes opaque and thick.
From early 1996, Lorna has been painting jukwarringa (mud mussels) often using lines, dots and circles. Lorna uses the same elements in her work on silk and prints on paper.
