This painting depicts Mayiba (Middle Springs), near Old Ivanhoe Station, where Agnes was born. "We used to camp here on our way to Carlton Station. We had flour, sugar and tea and used to eat bush foods too like bush potato, sugarbag, magpie goose eggs, perch and brim. During the flood waters - wet season - we would camp up on the hillsides to keep dry from the rains and the rising flood waters of the Ord River."
