This painting depicts designs relating to the site of Tjintjintjin, west of the Kintore community. The roundels represent the rockholes at this site, the lines depict the tali (sandhills) in the area, and the smaller circles depict bush food known as pura, collected from the bush Solanum chippendalei. In ancestral times an old lady travelled from Malparingya, north-west of the Kintore Community, to Tjintjintjin, where there is an underground cave. During her travels she stopped at the soakage water sites of Ngatanga and Yaranga, which are all west of Mantati Outstation, approximately seventy kilometres west of the Kintore Community. From Tjintjintjin she travelled further east to Muruntji, south-west of Mt Liebig. At Muruntji she was accosted by one of a group of boys so she chased them, catching all but the culprit, who managed to escape. She killed the others and cooked them in a fire. She then travelled to Kaltarra, where she entered the earth.
