This is a yingerrewoony, a whirlpool. Of this work Peggy says, “My big brother nearly got drowned here, in this one at Old Greenvale Station. It is so big and deep. Young people aren’t supposed to swim here, but my brother made a mistake and he nearly died in that water. You can’t swim in that water until you go through the Law. It’s not safe until a man’s brother-in-law gives him that water. All my four brothers and four sons went through Law. My brother nearly died here, but one clever one, a mabarn, pulled him out".
