This painting is about policeman chasing 'grog car' along Todd River. The Todd River bed runs opposite Abbott's Town Camp where Sally lives. resident's vehicles, residents of public housing are not allowed to buy takeaway alcohol to drink at home. If drivers have a Town Camp or public housing address on their licence, the alcohol is confiscated or poured out. Sometimes people are fined or even locked up depending on the 'offences' they have committed.
