'Goorroomooloon, that Nickel Mine. Half a moon thadan, when he bin janggarr thaday [comes out as the new moon], half a moon, all he bin get bit bigger. Yawoo! Ngagenyinngage daam [this is my country]. Well he might be travel through there ngoorrooma nginiyin gerliyirr [from here he went west] heading straight for Mabel [Juli's] country now, Darrajayin. Yawoo, jirrayam [yeah, that's it].'
This site is associated with Garnkiny and lies on what is now the Savannah Nickel Mine, southeast of Warmun. He has painted the new moon, as it appears in his country. Patrick says the moon travelled through this country on his way to Darrajayin.
