Rosie Baker Australian, Yankunytjatjara, b. 1965

Rosie Baker is an early career artist at Iwantja Arts.She is the daughter of artists Alec and Angkuna Baker. Alec Baker is one of the traditional landowners within the APY Lands and one of the founding artists at Iwantja Arts. Rosie’s work is influenced by herfather’s story and country, she often uses similar iconography of the tjukula (rock hole) and kalaya (emu) tracks.
