This painting is about two jiyirriny (kangaroos) fighting over gayirriny (ground sugar bag). They are on Jalganyiny (black soil country). The central circle is the sugar bag, and the shapes to the left and the right are the two kangaroos. The kangaroo on the right is Jangari skin, on the left is Jangala skin. Jangari wouldn't let Jangala have any sugar bag and they had a big fight. Jangala went wangala (wild/mad). They fought so long there, they turned into rocks.
