'This one around Waterloo station' Beerbee says. Mungnari was born on Waterloo Station and worked there as a young man. Waterloo lies across the border from Warmun in the Northern Territory. 'This is by Colins Creek, near Waterloo station. In the early days lots of people got shot here. One young fella speared a policeman. The youngfella hid up on that hill, behind a tree, with his spear. He hid right up top there [to the left of the canvas], further back, near Kelly's yard. The policemen came up there and shot him.'
